She differentiates the class for all levels of fitness and was great for me on a personal level as she managed my frustration at not instantly returning to my pre-natal fitness levels. She is really inspiring as an individual and has created a really lovely atmosphere amongst the new mums of Winchester. I've met some of the loveliest people within this class and will continue to attend for years. I have been going to buggy work out since my daughter was 6m old. Nearly 6m later I have noticed such a change in my body. Jules works you! The classes are well tailored, fun and safe. There are alternative exercises for those who need lower impact exercises in the early stages of exercising or you can be beasted. The timetable is super flexible and there are a good bunch of girls who attend. Jules is also keen to educate the mums and sets up courses and information days that turn into socials for the mums and the kids. All in all a great group.

These classes are amazing; a true life saver for mums looking to increase energy levels and fitness. They are also great fun for the babies and kids! I have been enjoying the workouts since my daughter was 7 months, and now she is 3. The group is super friendly and provides great exercise (for all abilities), an opportunity for a social hang out with other mums and a chance to get out of the house and get some much needed fresh air

Having a baby during lockdown can be mentally / physically tough. The buggy workout not only helps you get fit after birth, with adapted workouts for mummies. But it’s great to meet other mums on similar journeys, and to learn from other mums experiences on different baby milestones. I’ve really missed the connection the classes brings. Also helps that the instructor Jules is very welcoming can’t wait to get back!

I attended my first buggy workout session when my daughter was only 7 weeks old. The sessions are really friendly and cater to all levels of fitness. Jules is really good at giving various alternative exercises to women at different stages postnatally and often targets the workout to specific areas that are a problem post pregnancy!

Although these classes give a brilliant work out it was also the camaraderie, support and advice from Jules and the other ladies who go that was absolutely invaluable, particularly after a bad night! The classes gave me something to get out of the house for almost every day and gave my daughter a chance to interact with other children in the fresh air. Although I have now gone back to work, I still try to go to buggy workout whenever I can and I miss it terribly! 

I would highly recommend buggy workout for any mums, whether newly postnatal or with toddlers/young children in tow who want to get back into exercise or maintain/improve fitness with a supportive and fun group of people. I fully credit the buggy workout classes with getting me back to my pre pregnancy fitness level over the past year.

These classes are brilliant! Whatever the weather Fi and Jules come up with classes that make us all giggle whilst we sweat/ache/glow. I love the flexibility, variety and the fact I can bring my baby and my toddler is a real bonus!

I have been to these classes after both my children, Jules make you sweat, work you hard and motivate you to keep on going. I think I'm fitter now than I was before I had children and miss the classes now I have returned to work. I couldn't recommend Buggy Workout strongly enough, go along you won't regret it!!
