Buggyworkout Classes.

What can be more inspirational than classes with like minded people in the open air, with lots of fun and laughter, under the guidance of qualified and experienced trainers.  All this along with no worries about or the cost of childcare as the kids come along too!

Our well planned and tailored classes run twice per week in our ‘outside gym’ using all what the great outdoors has to offer.  We have a large safe area to use and lots of space for the older kids to have a run around.

All our instructors are qualified and experienced enough to tailor the classes to individuals needs.

Full Postnatal Workout Guidance.

Before embarking on exercise after having a baby it is so important to understand how your body works post-natally in order to exercise in a safe and sustainable way.

We are qualified  to provide you with all the necessary information that you need to embark on your postnatal fitness journey.

Events With Other Specialists

We often run events with other professionals, such as physiotherapists, yoga and pilates instructors and women health specialists, to provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need on your post-natal journey.

Exercise in Pregnancy

Pregnancy is not a time to stop exercising, although it’s not really the time to start a new type of exercise.  Movement and targeted exercise is very important during pregnancy both for your physical and mental health.  Exercise can help your body cope with the extra demands of growing a baby and to help with labour and post-natal recovery.

Pregnant ladies are very welcome to classes.  We often have mums with their second (even third) baby coming along to keep active (often with little ones in tow) and to keep a sense of community.

Our qualified instructors can adapt all exercises to cater for each trimester.

We also offer small group pregnancy exercise classes.

 

Personal Training

If you’re looking for a more individualised approach to your post-natal fitness journey, or you prefer to exercise at home or want to step up your training, then we can offer personal training sessions.  Please ask in class or email us.

Community

We pride ourselves on bringing together like-minded mums (and Dad’s) in Winchester to form a safe and fun community where we share ideas/advice/support.  Often as a result of this group many mums, including myself, have formed close friendships which carry on after class and continued when the children are older.  This community keeps in touch via the face to face classes and our Whats App Community Group.

Nutritional Advice.

Staying fit and healthy is so important, but it is even more important when you have just had a baby. We will provide you with advice to help nourish your tired body that has been through so much. This will help you feel stronger and healthier, it will enable you to embark on your new fitness journey!
